Erin is an occupational therapist and healthcare leader with extensive experience in program development, clinical practice, and system-level leadership. She earned a master’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of Manitoba. Erin joined the Rehabilitation Centre for Children as a school-based occupational therapist. She progressed into leadership roles, becoming a manager and later advancing to director-level leadership. In 2025, she assumed her current role as Director of Provincial Therapy Services and Organizational Wellness as well as co-chair of the Neurodiversity Affirming Committee, where she focuses on advancing therapy services across the province and supporting organizational well-being.
