Summer Term Position

The G.R.O.W. in Gimli Program is seeking experienced and enthusiastic program staff to support G.R.O.W. participants in achieving their self-determined life skills goals.

Gain at G.R.O.W. Program Facilitator

Part-Time

The facilitator is responsible for providing guidance and instruction to participants pursuing individual goals through facilitation of group work and individual activities.

G.R.O.W. in Winnipeg Program Facilitator

Full-Time

The G.R.O.W. Program Facilitator is responsible for providing participants with a safe, educational, and positive program experience.

G.R.O.W. Supported Independent Living (SIL) Facilitator

Part Time with some flexibility. Approximately 3-5-hour evening shifts M-F, possibly weekend shifts during the day, for up to 20 hours/week.

SIL facilitators provide one-to-one support to individuals with social, intellectual or developmental disabilities directly in their living space and the surrounding community.

With a variety of innovative programming, there’s no shortage of volunteer opportunities at G.R.O.W. Volunteer opportunities are available to anyone 16 and older who are energetic and excited to contribute to our program.
