Jack is a long-standing committee member of the person with Special Needs Advisory Committee for the Jewish Federation of Winnipeg. He has been a member of the G.R.O.W. Committee since its inception in 2002 and currently acts in the role of Consultant to the Board. Jack is a Staff Psychiatrist at the Psych Health Centre at the University of Manitoba Faculty of Medicine. In his practice, he is considered a specialist in autism and has presented at both national and local conferences.
