G.R.O.W. is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled group of volunteers to assist with an upcoming garden-to-table project in summer 2020. We are looking to use new space at 91 Willow to construct a G.R.O.W. garden to produce herbs and vegetables for our meal planning and preparation activities. This initiative combines participant special interests in gardening with learning eco-friendly practices and building capacity for independent community living. This is an opportunity well suited to volunteers with experience and interest in gardening, those looking to meaningfully contribute to local community needs, or to gain experience working with individuals with disabilities.
